Hey everyone! Elaine here, with a little festive inspiration today on the Dies to Die For blog.
I've got another card to share with you featuring one of the recent Stamping Bella Holiday 2016 releases, available at Dies to Die For. Over the past couple of weeks I've shared some autumnal inspiration, but as time is ticking by and that holiday is creeping ever closer I thought I should share something a little *whisper* Christmassy.
Here goes!
I'm definitely a fan of the revamped Bellas. I remember when I first came across Stamping Bella around ten years ago, and fell in love with the cute, fun, but somewhat simplistic Bella stamps. Fond memories! The new versions of the Bellas are amazing, and totally up to date, with much more scope for colouring.
Lots of colouring fun to be had with this one. You can add pleats/folds to the dress like I have, or colour more simply. She looks gorgeous either way.
If you're looking for some pointers on colouring this image, and specifically in colouring pleats and folds using Copic Markers, click through to check out my blog post: Copic Pleats & Folds Step By Step with video.
Eeepers, I'm late off the block today! Hiya, Faye here :)
Ok, so I'm late getting my post up today, but at this rate, I am going to have at least five That Thing On 25 December We Don't Mention Cards ready, ahead of the last posting date. Woooohoooo!
Good Morning!
Getting my Christmas on today....I was inspired to make this card after watching this video
I have used Mama Elephants Reindeer Games for this card....loving these cute wee guys!
I have been busy cooking away this morning so only just got time to sit down and get my blog post done! my house smells yummy!! I am going to get my homemade soup once I have written this post as my reward for not forgetting!! he he!!
This is my mum's birthday card. I love these twist and pop cards and have been making them for some time now but a lady I follow called Dawn did an amazing tutorial for them that makes it sooooo much easier to make them. You can find it HERE ON THIS LINK.
I used some scraps of paper from my scarps box for the patterned pieces and then it was time for those super super cute MFT Ewe are the bestsheep. My mum loves sheep so these stamps and their matching dies just rock in our house!! we use them tonnes!!!
Here is how it looks when it's open....(....and it still looked like that when my mum opened it because I totally forgot to write in it in my excitement when I finished it and put it in the envelope.....!!!!!)...
I love how you can showcase a few of these gorgeous stamps with this card fold! and here's a video of it opening because I just love it!!!!! Hugs Lou xxx
You may recall in last week's post I mentioned I have a recurring seasonal obsession with colouring pumpkins. The recent Stamping Bella release has certainly helped me indulge my obsession!
These have to be my favourite pumpkin stamps to date, with the usual little details you might expect from a Stamping Bella stamp set. There are three separate pumpkin stamps in the set, and two sentiments (as seen on the cards above).
Watch me colouring these pumpkins in the videos below!
I've also got a post about colouring these pumpkins over on my blog which you can check out by clicking through HERE. The post includes a video and some colour combo suggestions for colouring these images with coloured pencils!
Why Secret Santa? Well, it's because I'm showing you some of the latest releases from SugarPea Designs. They're not in stock yet, but they will be. So, sssssshhhhhh, it's a secret!
Firstly, I want to give the Happy Holidays Paper Pad a 'big up'. I used it for all of these cards and all I did was use one sheet of paper on each card. All the design work was done for me. Santa is from the Here Comes Santa Stamp Set.
Last but not least, I popped back over to the Here Comes Santa Stamp Set, because I couldn't choose just one of them and I stamped some Ho! Ho! Ho! Phew. I'm ready for a mince pie...
I am a bit late today because I have been playing on my new Lego Dimensions Harry Potter level! It is really good but I had the crafty feeling too and my nannie's birthday is just coming round the bend so I had to get that special card done.
I thought what better than a cute couple of sheep because my nannie loves sheep so much she has them all over her house!!
I chose to use the mini note die because its so cute and little and has a surprise bit on the inside you can write your little nannie message on.
I have an Engagement card to share today...the happy couple got engaged while up a volcanic mountain so I used my inks to create a wee kinda mountain and a sunset! I also added a tiny diamond to one of the bunnies! I am happy to report they loved the card!
There's just way too much cuteness in the new MFT Beast Friends stamp set!! I love their little faces so much!! and this little festive lights one was too cute to miss!
In the set you get lots of little extra stamps and they are just perfect for making a little scene around your chosen cute dude! I went for a few trees and pressies!
Hi everyone! It's Elaine here today, with my first post here on the Dies to Die For blog.
I've got a little card making inspiration for you today featuring a couple of the gorgeous new arrivals from Stamping Bella, in stock now at Dies to Die For. I had some serious fun colouring these cuties. Autumn is my favourite season, so I am an absolute sucker for autumnal images. At this time of year I get particularly obsessed with colouring pumpkins!
You can watch me colouring Casey in the video below or in HD over on YouTube (video includes Copic Marker info).
I also recently posted a little step by step guide and video over on my own blog showing how I created the backgrounds on this card and the one below. Click through to read the post: Adding a Fun, Easy, Copic Background to Your Stamped Images.
Isn't she adorable? The little bee...I can't! Too sweet. The bee actually comes as a separate stamp in the set, so you could easily pop him anywhere, or give him some friends (careful though, too many and it might look like little Patricia is in trouble!).
That's it from me for today! I hope you've enjoyed taking a look at these new Stamping Bella sweeties. I'll be back next week with some more Stamping Bella fun.
How cool is this image,Stamping Bella Game On? Don't we all know someone like this?! So, not only is this a cool image, who looks like someone we all know, but it's on offer this week. Wooohooo!
Firstly, I cut out 5 different layers. 4 from my mummy'sMFT Itsy Bitsy Polka dots patterned papers and one plain bit for my cute dinosaur. Secondly, I stuck all of my base bits onto my card.
Then I got out the misti( whoop whoop I love this thing! it makes stamping for small's so easy!!!) I can do my words and my dinosaur both together at the same time and work out just where I want them to be, ink up and all done!! easy stampy!!!!
I coloured him in a cool blue colour and then put him on my card with some sticky foam on the back of him so he rawr-d out a bit!!!!! lol !!!
Thank you for reading, see you later! Little Mo out, RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
I'm feeling autumn at the moment. I love the colours and have been using them in my card making over the past few weeks. I thought Monkey Around Wryn was perfect for it. Did I mention that all the Tiddly Ink Stamps are on discount at the moment?!
Hi guys! Little Mo here with a card but wait,wait,wait,wait,wait...this is no card!! you can use your cute little Mama Elephant Reindeer Gameson other stuff too!!!!
Today I used an ikea stacking gift box from mummy's stash...she'll never know...ha ha!! and I put lots of sticky glue on the top and then dunked it in my fake snow. I made a few little holes in the wet snow where I wanted my super cool reindeer to party on!
Then I stamped them out onto a piece of cardstock with mummy's Misti. I love this thing, it makes stamping so much easier for me because I don't have to worry about doing any Little Mo wriggles when I lift my stamp up and spoiling my image with a smuuuuudge!!!!
I cut the little city scene out and stuck it to the back so it looks like it's far away while the reindeer party on. I had to colour one with a red nose like Rudolph too.
See you next saturday, thanks for popping in, Byeeeeeeeeeeee!! from Little Mo.
