Edna Loves Martini

Hi Everyone, it's Faye here today :)

I can't believe how quickly the Craft Event next weekend has come around. Both Tracy and I are busily working away in the background to pull this all together. And Lovely Lou is coming to help out. If you are close by and fancy a little retail therapy, pop in and say Hi. There'll be cake too!! There are a couple of spaces left on the Saturday Classes, so, speak now if you're interested.

So, what else has been happening this week. Well, there's been a BIG release from Stamping Bella. It's not in Store yet, but it will be very soon.

The whole release is gorgeous, but I have such a soft spot for Edna. So much so, I've coloured her twice already...

Birds on a Branch....

Good morning!

I love a silhouette stamp as it means you can play about with fancy backgrounds, my card for today used Impression Obsessions Birds on a Branch

I smooshed around some watercolours and then stamped the birds in Black Onyx Versafine.....

Lou in for you today with a make using those super cute TGF mini's! Oh my! you neeeeeed them! they are so adorable. Totally perfect for planners but I wanted to make them into a cute card today!!!

As always, those high quality TGF dies just cut like butter through my thick 300gsm colouring cardstock leaving the perfect little white edge around the stamps, ooooh I love when that happens right first time too!!

New Releases

 

Hi Everyone, it's Faye here today, but I think you're probably gonna want to call me Little Minx by the end of this post, as it's all about new releases.

It's been a big week for Scrumptious new stuff, with releases out from My Favourite Things, (Those Hogs!) DoveArt Studios at C.C.Designs, C.C.Designs AND Whimsy Stamps. That's a whole lot of swoonage right there! So, let's get to it...

This is Beach Scene from DoveArt Studios at C.C.Designs. The whole release is gorgeous, but this is my favourite stamp. I could sit there all day.

How cute are these Bees? OMG! They are part of a set by Crissy Armstrong at Whimsy Stamps. It was a big release at Whimsy this month, as there were new paper pads with matching enamel dots also released. I HAD to use one of the papers from the Summer Breeze Pad with the lighthouse from DoveArt Studios, they were perfect for each other.

And last, but by no means least, Elisabeth Bell at Whimsy Stamps. That bunny! Oh my.

So. Keep an eye on the Store, because if these products are not in stock yet, they soon will be.

Morning everyone! 

Lou in with a make for you today and I was soooo excited to finally get my little TGF Mega Mini Amazing stamps and dies!! They are seriously cute!!! and I was in the mood for something a bit different so I teamed them up with my TE Plot Twist stamp set and my Die Namics wonky stitched circle stax die set for a cute little pop up front kinda card! well, you know me, I love a bit of poperooo!!!

Here's the little slider front opened. I do love a little surprise to slide open and the little sentiments on the  TGF Mega Mini Amazing stamp set are just so uplifting and cute I needed to use a few and that lovely little bundle of stars to finish it off.

Happy Panda........

Morning! Here is a cute wee card I made for my daughters friend...a cute panda from the Die-namics Happy Panda set

I made a splashy sploshy watercolour background and then cut the panda out and used foam pads to make it stand out more. The sentiment is also part of the set.
