Miss You a Latte!

Ooh, Tracy has such tempting things in the shop at the moment! My card today features one of the fabulous "A La Mode" stamps from My Favorite Things - Miss You a Latte. Coloured with my beloved Copic markers, just for a change!

I've also whipped out some of the green MME Lush papers and layered them up with some Bazzill Kraft card. But guess what? There are NEW Lush papers out! Check out the new Lush 2 range here.

Here is a little peek at the inside....

I carried on with the MME Lush papers, teamed with the Kraft card and also stamped up one of the sentiments that comes in the "Miss You a Latte" set. What do you think of the fab notebook edge? This is another MFT item..... Die-Namics Notebook Edge. I love the effect it gives :o)

Have a great weekend folks!

Papercraft Essentials - Issue 64...

Here is a card I made being featured in the current issue (64) of Papercraft Essentials for Dies to Die For.

I have used Miss Anya and the Sk8er sentiment from the Later Sk8ter set available HERE, stamped onto kraft cardstock available HERE and coloured with Copics. I love how the colours are slightly muted when colouring on kraft...it is one of my favourite techniques at the moment.

The papers are all from the My Minds Eye Fine & Dandy True Blue 6x6 paper pad. I have also used a MFT Die-namics Jumbo RicRac die. I used my Nestabilities to cut the stars, but you can also use the Stars from the Die-namics range.

Kraftin' Kimmie Newest Release...

Here is a card I made with one of the new Kraftin' Kimmie images, this one is called Stella Strawberry. I have coloured her with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E11/E13
Eyes - B21
Clothing - YG03/YG05/R32/R35/R37/R39/R50
The papers are all by My Minds Eye Quite Contrary Mary Mary, Sweetie Pie - StrawberrySweetie Pie - Berry Preserves, Happy Birthday - Grown Up and Best of Friends - Share.
I have layered with some Bazzill cardstock. I used all the stamps from the set, and finally finished off with some ribbon and pins. To create the lace border I used a Martha Stewart Valentine Lace punch.

Bildmarlana On Walk

This has to be one of my favorite stamps of all time i love Bildmalarna they are so cute....

I have coloured "On Walk" with markers and chalks, i have used the gorgeous "Tilda" papers again, all the edges have been inked and glittered, i have added a Butterfly and some ribbon....

I have decorated the inside to match.....

I get lots of emails asking me how i use chalks for shading so i have out a little tut together to show you how, i am using Copics and Chalks, i am by no means no expert or artist but thought it would be easy to show you how, but this is just the way i do it, i apologise for the photos i am still suffering with a bad hand, i normally do the colours with copics first then add the chalks, and when i have finished i always spray the image with hairspray to set the chalk so it doesn't rub off.....

Thank you for looking big hugs love Pops x x x
